Oh my! I have been so, so, so consumed with wedding stuff that I've completely forgotten about painting! I don't think I have picked up a brush in a month. Seriously? yep! So, today I'm painting.
I prepped a triptych yesterday for a commissioned piece that I'm doing and I'm gettin my head back down there in my studio. yeahhhh! and...I can't wait. As a matter of fact, it's 4 a.m. and I was so excited I couldn't sleep.
So, how's the wedding coming?
Invitations addressed - check (do you know how bad I want to show them to you?) All hand made.
All contracts in - check
Wedding help secured
Callen's dress will be finished Friday (can't wait for you to see that too!)
Only thing stressing me out now? The damage that the storm did to our house. That will take about 2 weeks to repair. Just basically an irritant. One that I neither want nor need right now. But, the house has to be ready for the reception.
Did I mention that it is here at our home? 250 of our best friends.
Okay, my chatting is done! I realized in my obsessive-compulsive wedding behavior that I haven't done a "GIVEAWAY" lately!
So, this is the perfect time!
I'm going to giveaway this:
in honor of the upcoming wedding!
It is
"Debutante II"
12 x 12 mixed media on gallery wrapped canvas.
Just write me a little note of encouragement!
I'll keep this going until Monday the 20th.
So start writing away y'all!
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
