My Best Friend's (Daughters) Wedding!

"W" and I have been back in Nashville for one of the most beautiful events I've ever attended.

The wedding of Brooke and Ross.

Brooke is my best friend Connie's daughter.

Y'all.

Not only was this just the most spectacular wedding ever, I got to see ALL my best buds.

Girls that I have been friends with for about 20 years.

We had so much fun!

"THREE DAYS OF ART"

"THREE DAYS OF ART"

About a month ago, my studio mate Lisa Upchurch Moore and I decided that we would head off the Christmas events and have a little show of our own.

So, we came up with an event that we are calling "Three Days of Art"

What is it you ask?

Only the GREATEST art show in Atlanta.

At least, the greatest show Lisa and I can put on ;)

We are offering special prices on most art and Lisa and I have been painting like maniacs.

And I'm serious y'all.

We will have many "minis" for sale starting at 25.00.  These make terrific gift items.

I am thrilled to invite you to a sit down forum called

"Co-ordinating Your Art"

This will be a discussion about co-ordinating art in your home.

As an ex-designer turned painter, I will show you how to work with different styles of art in your home.  I will have the most up to date color swatches/fabric samples, and show you what sizes of art work with difficult spaces in your home.  You know, that tall headboard (what in the world do you do with that?) Narrow spaces between doors, spiral staircases.  I will be pulling art from various artists at Tula to show how abstracts and traditional art can work together.  This will be a fun and informative event!

AND, we will be serving a lite lunch.

We will also be giving away REALLY great door prizes!!!
