New Dress Paintings!

I interrupt my previous blog post to bring you three new dress paintings!

See, I'm nesting for my daughter.

I'm packing my suitcase today and finishing up any last minute paintings to take them to Birmingham to White Flowers.  They are still available at 395.00 + 30.00 shipping until March 1st.   I've decided if I sell the ones I have, I'll be visiting an art store in Birmingham and making some art supply purchases.

So, here we go!

First of all, I gave "Claire" a little facelift.  She needed a stain rubbed on her.

Sassy Sunday (big girl style)!

You know, Sassiness isn't just for little girls.  Big girls can be sassy too!

I love looking sassy.  A little edgy at times.  I tend to be an artsy dresser, anything big that flows is my style.

"Sassy Saturday"

When I was little and all dressed up in a pretty little dress (which my mom virtually insisted on every day)

my Godmother would say "now doesn't she look "sassy".

I loved that she said that because it always made me feel prissy and pretty.

Now I make Evey's dresses and they have to swing.  She swings around and around all day in them!

I love that!

First, you need to know how to tie the bow correctly to get the perfect amount of "sassiness"

A Slight Little Problem

We had a slight little problem this week.
No, everything is okay with Baby Cate and family, it was my artwork.
I had painted 12 paintings for White Flowers that didn't fit in the space intended.
It was a serious miscommunication between the owner and myself.
No big deal, I would just like to sell some of these paintings!
So, I am offering these at 350.00 (normally 550.00) with a 30.00 shipping charge.

White Flowers

I realize I'm posting twice in one day but I had to get that gross picture of my major cut on my back

abrasion off the screen.  It's getting worse as the day goes on so, I may be visiting my Dr. tomorrow.

Jordan just poured peroxide on it and I thought I was gonna faint.  Pictures of men having raw alcohol poured into their limbs after taking a bullet (on the big screen) ran through my head.  I'm such a baby.

Anyway, I know I've told you a million times that I'm about to put a series of dresses in my favorite little boutique in Homewood, Alabama.

So....I went by there today to take pictures of the shoppe for you to see just how beautiful it is! I gotta say, the iphone takes some pretty darn good shots!
