Why You Need a Vitamix!

Because they're great.

That's why.

I know, I know.....

they are really expensive.

But trust me, it is money well spent.

We got ours at Costco, which seems to have the best prices.

And, since I'm a research gal, believe me, I did my research on the best ones.

All of them get a 5 star rating.  Always

(and they make a darn good daiquiri....)

So, here's what I did this morning.

Since I'm on the Advocare 24 day challenge (down 2 lbs. since Wed. thank you very much)!

I did the fiber drink and spark this morning.

And then I felt like a smoothie.

so.

here we go.

I used kale, pineapple, blueberries and a little bit of coconut spread

stuffed it all in the blender

with about a teaspoon of this

and about 1 1/2 cups of ice

then blended it all upo with a little water.

At first it looked a little too green for my taste.  So I added more pineapple.

and it tamed down the green!

Oh man it was SO good!!!
