Day Two.....

More proof that "W" knows my every move.
Um, but, who's doesn't use the can the first thing in the morning.
Just sayin...

Being the shoe lover (usually the ones with the red bottoms (hint hint) this was perfect!!!!!
and I had to show you my latest commissioned piece.   I happen to love it and so does the recipient.
It feels SOOOOO good to nail a commission. With it being a 40 x 40 it IS going to be a challenge to ship it all the way to California though.
and my sweet little Evey and Bennet.  Who are (along with Cate) coming to Atlanta to see us for 5 days.
Tomorrow?  The Nutcracker, then Evers and I are going to have a special lunch with E.  I have new dresses, coats, and shoes for Evers for both events!!!   I'm trying to relive my childhood.  When I was young my mom and grandmother would dress my sister and me up and take us to downtown Birmingham to Lovemans and shop. One of my favorite memories!
Now, I would be remiss if I didn't speak about the horrific news yesterday.
Jordan called me to tell me what had happened.  Tears fell from my face onto my clothes grieving for those poor Innocent people.  Especially the children, the most innocent of all.  I personally believe that prayer is all we can do right now.  Despite your beliefs, prayer is a way of comforting us through what we are going through.  God is someone to talk to, to trust, to tell your deepest secrets. And ya know? Those prayers are answered if God sees it's the right thing.   If you belief strong enough you will get through a tragedy like this.  You just have to believe.  There is no answer to this horrific event. No one can believe that someone could possibly do something so horrific.  I don't have the answer and I don't know anyone who does.  We just have to pray for strength for those involved and answers to the issues plaguing our country right now.
What a shame and a waste.
Hope you have a wonderful day y'all.
