A Yummy New Dish!

Have you ever stopped at Publix where they make their dinners to sample and had a bite....or two?
Well, I did the other night and let me tell ya.  I swiped up all the ingredients (which are all handy right beside where they cook) and decided to make this for Callen and Andy last night!  My youngest and her fiance' (wow that sounded weird!) are here looking at churches and making some big time decisions.  The biggest decision? (and I'm SO excited)...the reception is going to be at our home here at the lake.
They have set the date for August 6.  You heard me right sista. That's like 3 months away!!! The reason they are having such a short engagement is that they have a major obstacle in their way.  Both of Andy's brothers play football and the coaches wouldn't let them out of their "two a days". Soooooo, they didn't want to wait til Dec. because they didn't want a winter wedding, so we are doing it August 6th!!!  I'm gonna be busy!!!  And then Gregory's and Amy's is Oct. 8th!
Anyway, okay, I'm getting off track.
Back to the recipe.
It's called Chicken Florentine Bake.
which I quickly changed to:
Chicken Broccoli Bake.
yummy.
here's what cha need:
the recipe (oh and by the way Daddy, I realized I misspelled broccoli)
(my father is an English fanatic)
the ingredients....forgot the mozzarella cheese so add that in there.
I'll post the recipe down below.
 the secret ingredient
mix up the broccoli, the milk, cooking creme, egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.  Oh, recipe called for pimentos but I nixed those too.  Didn't like em.
 Andy watched!
then stir in the chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and gnocchi
 Pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish
cook for 30 min. at 400 degrees.  Take out and add another cup of chopped up mozzarella.
Then serve!  Try this, you will not be disappointed!!!  Promise!
